This Refund Policy describes how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the GrowRabbitAI subscription service operated by GrowRabbitAI. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
1. Subscription Billing
GrowRabbitAI is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing cycle and is charged in advance for the next period at the then-current price. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be added depending on your billing location.
2. Free Trial
New users may start with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and the first billing cycle is charged at the standard plan price.
3. No Refunds for Active Billing Periods
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you cancel during a paid period, you will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of that period, but no partial refund will be issued for unused days.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Your data is retained for a reasonable period after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate or export your records.
5. Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you have been charged twice for the same period, or charged in error (for example after a failed cancellation), contact us within 30 days of the charge at billing@growrabbitai.com with your account email and the invoice reference. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
6. Service Failures
If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended and continuous period due to a confirmed fault on our side, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund or a service credit for the affected period.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you may have under mandatory laws in your country of residence (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services where applicable). Where such rights apply, they will be honored in addition to this policy.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@growrabbitai.com from the email address used on your account, including:
- Your account email and full name
- The invoice or transaction reference (from Paddle)
- The reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
