These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GrowRabbitAI software-as-a-service platform ("Service") operated by GrowRabbitAI ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Casablanca, Morocco. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
GrowRabbitAI is a web-based software-as-a-service platform that helps rabbit breeders and farms manage cages, breeding records, mating, kindling, weaning, growers, slaughter records, feed usage, and related analytics. The Service is delivered over the internet and is accessed through a web browser on desktop or mobile devices.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
- You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping it current.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your password.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@growrabbitai.com.
- One account per individual or organization. Sharing accounts with third parties is not permitted.
3. Subscription Terms
The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate, unless cancelled by you before renewal. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice; new pricing applies to the next renewal cycle.
4. Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription on the plan you selected, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial through your account settings without any charge.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of use and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST) may be added to your invoice based on your billing location.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the Service or other users.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that overloads our infrastructure.
- Use the Service to store or transmit content that violates the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by GrowRabbitAI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal farming operations during your active subscription. You retain all rights to the data you upload ("Your Data"), and you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service.
8. Confidentiality and Data
Your Data remains your property. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analytics, recommendations, or projections will be accurate or suitable for your specific farm operations. You are solely responsible for your farming decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowRabbitAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, livestock, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a manner that creates risk for us or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the close of your current billing cycle (or immediately in the case of material breach). You may export your data before termination; after a reasonable retention period, your data may be permanently deleted.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
